• An underwriter, with knowledge of the markets we serve, combining the best structure with the most compatible capital provider.  We provide an accurate, detailed presentation of your company and its’ specific needs, presented to a prescreened financial institution that can perform for you.
• A packager in the truest sense. We present a comprehensive client profile that will result in the best representation of your company to the capital marketplace, in the shortest period of time, with the least amount of business interruption to you.
• Licensed experienced professionals with extensive experience in middle market financial services, principally at the lender side. We understand the “back office”, and the risk assessment chains of command that frustrate many companies that attempt this process on their own.
• Competitively priced. We are compensated by charging a fee paid by the client; generally from the proceeds of the transaction. Your total cost will be competitive with prevailing direct offerings. In essence, we replace the salesperson’s built-in cost in the lender’s pricing model.

We are not:

• Typical. We do not send transactions to the entire capital marketplace in hopes one (out of many) will “stick”. We are selective, and remain sensitive to the negative impact a “shopped deal” has on the lender’s perception of your credit, as well as the compromised offering often proposed in response.
• A re-broker.  We will not involve another firm to actively place your transaction. Such “participation” further confuses the market, and adds no additional value to the viability of your company or need. 
  A high cost solution to your funding need. Our compensation platform is built on a consistent flow of business, and not exorbitant fees on large transactions.
